I want to thank you for helping me get my cholesterol under control by diet and exercise and not having to take meds. I was diagnosed with a cholesterol of 266 back in December and the day after I got the results you were on GMA and giving the answers to lowering your cholesterol with the “Five Super Foods to Lower Your Cholesterol”. I immediately went shopping and bought all of the items on your list and have been eating those food groups since that time. I do not drink regular milk any longer, I now drink soy milk. I just had my cholesterol checked and in three months time it is down to 209. That is an incredible 57 points and more importantly, my LDL went from 173.4 to 120.4. Thank you, thank you, thank you. My OB/GYN office wants to know how I did it. I emailed your article and they are going to go to your website for my information. I am 52 and I will be a grandmother for the second time.
