"On behalf of Living Beyond Breast Cancer, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your very informative and compassionate presentation to our Young Survivors. The Savard Health Record is such a wonderful and useful tool for all women (men and children, too) to have to help them manage their personal healthcare needs. You enhanced the participants' education in an area that is not discussed or modeled by the physicians and health care professionals who treat them. You have empowered this group of women to advocate for themselves in a very meaningful manner."
